Chelsea Davis

Chelsea Marie Davis is a singer/songwriter, American Songbook devotee, and teaching artist. Songs from her recording projects (Roseport, JØAN, and Empty Oceans) have been featured in TV/film/theater for Warner Brothers, CBS, MTV, Freeform, Apple, LA Theatre Works, NPR and CMT. She is currently developing an original musical about Marian Anderson, an African American opera singer whose landmark concert on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial sparked the Civil Rights movement.

Chelsea inspires kids to love language and write their own songs. She has co-written more than 500 songs with students in the Fullerton School District. She can be found @kids.make.music
