Hafez Karimi has been a public and private music educator for over 6 years. Hafez has taught educational courses in music theory, technique, reading sheet music, ear training, chords, scales, and improvisation to all of the Guitar and Bass students of Diamond Bar High School from 2019 to 2021. Hafez also taught music at Orange County Music Academy for 2 years, teaching a wide variety of students ranging from ages of 8 to 39 years old.

 

Hafez received his MA in Economics from Cal State Fullerton while working on a national debt campaign as an economist. Hafez also interned at a homeless shelter while successfully leading the economics department of CSUF to secure a $30,000 grant from Wells Fargo to combat homelessness in Fullerton.
